The campaign "La Massana, Epicentre of Sustainable Gastronomy" kicked off on 14 June 2022 with the public presentation of this project, to position the brand and set out the content of the different stages, aimed at evolving towards a sustainable gastronomy that respects natural resources, is economically viable, minimises rejection and prioritises local and seasonal produce.
