We are in the Principality of Andorra, specifically in the parish of Encamp, located in the heart of the small country of the Pyrenees. At an altitude of 1,250 metres, it is divided into two centres 25 kilometres apart, Encamp and Pas de la Casa.
It is undoubtedly a good place for cycle touring, with three magnificent mountain passes that will leave no one indifferent. These are Port d'Envalira, Beixalís and, for many, the dreaded Cortals d'Encamp.
With this perfect backdrop, the first edition of the Gran Fondo Encamp el Pas de la Casa took place, a cycling tour that counts towards the Gran Fondo World Tour. An event for amateur cyclists to discover the jewels in the crown of the parish and enjoy every moment of its charms.
