Altitude training at the Pic del Maià hotel at 2,400 metres above sea level.

Andorra has become a cycling mecca in recent years. Its roads, mountain passes and facilities do not go unnoticed by professional cyclists and their teams, who see the small country in the Pyrenees as an ideal place to prepare for major races such as the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia or the Vuelta a España.

One of the jewels that the Principality offers is the possibility of training at altitude and being able to improve the endurance capacity of the athletes. Many teams are concentrating these days at the highest point of the Andorran territory to prepare for one of the most important events of the year, the Tour de France.
